“Jim Hearn renovated and updated our three bathrooms, with the master bathroom being a total gut job with some reconfiguration. The powder room and hall baths consisted of the installation of new vanities, toilet, light fixtures, waterproof plank flooring and paint. The master bathroom started off with the removal of a corner jacuzzi to make way for a large double bowl vanity, extending the shower to include a half wall, modern pebble flooring and wall design with floor to ceiling large tiles, and reconfiguration of plumbing for the new toilet, waterproof plank flooring and paint. Electrical and plumbing work was also done for the addition of new outlets, exhaust fans, extended sinks and rain shower.

The quality of work done by Jim was consistently top notch. He was knowledgeable, skilled and competent in completing the projects. Jim was committed to generating a top quality product all the while keeping us informed of minor changes he felt were necessary in order for the projects to be completed to our satisfaction. His flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with a few unforeseen issues gave us an added sense of his integrity and trust in his abilities. In addition, we appreciated Jim’s thoughtfulness on his end of day cleanup. We did solicit a few other bids, and are convinced Jim delivered the best value.
